We increase our power for change through our involvement in several organizations beyond ourselves:

The Unitarian Universalist Service Committee works internationally and nationally to promote community based social justice projects which help those most unable to defend or help themselves. We contribute to their work through special collections and an annual Guest at Your Table program.

Washington Unitarian Universalist Voices for Justice advocates for our liberal religious values to our legislators in Olympia. We participate in setting priorities, contacting our legislators, rallying or testifying in Olympia, and supporting a full time lobbyist.

The Northwest Unitarian Universalist Justice Network helps to link us with other activists throughout our region.

Our Love Resists campaign — a joint effort with the UUSC — activates people of faith and conscience to resist the harm inflicted by criminalization. Our UU College of Social Justice provides experiential learning opportunities to deepen the work of justice for people of all ages. Our work is led by our denominational staff, congregational leaders, and a wide variety of coalition partners and UU groups focused on justice and identity.
