Gather with family and friends for a FUNdraising Event to benefit Tahoma Unitarian Universalist Congregation and Vashon Island Unitarian Fellowship on Saturday, February 8, 2020, 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. at TUUC. Tickets are $15 per person; kids 12 and under are free.
This is our MAJOR fundraiser for this year, outside of the pledge drive. You can help meet our fundraising goal by attending and giving to what you love about TUUC and VIUF. The main event is a Taco Bar Dinner, where you’ll be able to share fellowship and choose to donate based on a “menu” of funding needs to help support our congregations.
This is an all-ages event, with craft-making, music and non-stop fun. $1 will buy you a chance to win a restaurant gift card or other prize. We won’t make you sing for your supper, but you can bid on the Dessert Dash. And after dinner, there are games and ice cream in the social hall for kids.
- Ask a business you patronize regularly to donate a gift card.
- Donate an experience for the Silent Auction: a fun brunch, mad tea party, weekend at your vacation home, guided kayak excursion, a kid-friendly bowling night, or snowshoe hike.
- Bake something yummy for the Dessert Dash
